CLUBHOUSE RESERVATION FEE SCHEDULE & RENTAL AGREEMENT INFORMATION

  • Deposit Amount: $1,000.00

  • The License Fee for a day-time Event is $250.00 for an Event duration of two (2) hours plus one (1) hour for Event setup/cleanup (three (3) total hours).  

  • The License Fee for an evening Event is $500.00 for an Event duration of three (3) hours plus one (1) hour for Event setup/cleanup (four (4) total hours).  

  • Evening Events must end by 9:00 p.m. to allow for cleanup.  

  • An additional hour may be added to any Event at the rate of $200.00 per hour.  

  • License Fees are non-refundable even if the Event duration is less than the time set forth above.
